Client: One of the largest automotive dealership in India having over 1300 employees spread across 5 locations.
Problem Statement: Challenge was to conduct online engagement survey for all the employees at a very short notice of 15 days.
Nueve’s Approach: Nueve analyzed the database of the employees and defined the employee engagement drivers for different employee segments. This was validated with the senior management of the client and the questionnaire was designed. An online tool was also created and posted on clients’ intranet for easy access by the employees. The actual survey was preceded by an innovative teaser campaign to generate enthusiasm in employees.
Benefits To Clients: Client implemented 4 out of the 5 recommendations by Nueve which helped in increasing the employee productivity and reducing attrition.
